People across the Commonwealth Make Their Tribute to Her Majesty by supporting the Trust!

As Jubilee celebrations painted London in red, white and blue and 1000 boats took to the Thames, people from across the Commonwealth have been sharing their memories of Her Majesty and showing their support for the Trust.

Prime Minister David Cameron, and Captain of the England cricket team, Andrew Strauss have recorded personal messages about the Trust. Scroll down to see what they have said about Her Majesty at this remarkable time.

Dale Atkinson made his tribute, and shared his father’s experience of meeting the then Princess Elizabeth at Windsor airport in Canada in 1951, where he took this picture of Her Majesty. If you have memories to share, email and see them featured here. We’d also love to know how you are celebrating this weekend.

Thanks also to Ant and Dec, who ‘Made their Tribute’ through twitter, supporting the Trust’s aim to improve the lives of people of all generations across the Commonwealth.
